    Luxurious, fairly clean venue with prime location just off in the island Ortigia which surrounded by the beautiful natural setting of Ortigia, the port and the splendid sea. The knowledgeable staff and their attitude. A wide range of brilliant food for meals.

    Here's my take on it

    This hotel delivers luxury in a fine location by the harbor. The staff, especially Sylvia and Maria, are helpful. My room was a duplex with amazing sea views. The only downside was a troublesome air conditioning system that needed improvement. A perfect venue for a Sicilian getaway, just fix the air for a top-tier experience!

    Highly Recommend for a Cozy Getaway

    What a great hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern and luxurious, the architectural style is amazing. I had a duplex classic room with a amazing sea view- magnificent! The staff, especially Sylvia and Maria at the front desk, were helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

    It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable for the quality experience it delivered.

    Staying for 3 nights, we were impressed by the beautiful, clean facilities and perfect location. Especially Nicoletta and Conchetta, offered excellent recommendations. Dining on yogurt at breakfast was good, but the air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately, leading to discomfort at times.

    The suite was amazing with two levels and amazing views from multiple windows. The staff was helpful, especially nicolette and anna. The spa was also a highlight, providing the perfect space for relaxation. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all major sites.
